Garry Monk seems much happier in todays pre-match press conference ahead of the trip to Cardiff on Saturday. Monk returns to Wales where he spent the end of his playing career and the start of his management career. The 2-1 win over Blackburn Rovers on Tuesday was a huge relief and a decent performance and Cardiff will prove to be stubborn despite their poor form.

The Welsh side have had a poor start to the season and Monk seems positive that we can go down and get a result. The improvement from Saturday was obvious and Monk continues to talk about small improvements. Here is the pre-game presser with Yorkshire Radio…
