Leeds are looking ahead to the draw for the 4th round of the cup tonight after the 1-0 win over Blackburn last night. Both sides looked very different from last Tuesday but the outcome was the same, Blackburn leaving Elland Road with nothing.

As you’ll see in the highlights both sides had chances but what can’t be seen is the overwhelming dominance from Leeds. Eunan O’Kane dictated the pace of the game and better decision making in the final 3rd and we would have coasted the game. I don’t mean finishing, simply the final pass and when to shoot. Personally I’m looking for a big home game in the next round, I’d quite like to see Liverpool come to Elland Road. Time will tell.

About Author

Born in Gibraltar, raised in Scotland from a very young age. Been a huge fan of Leeds United since I could walk and talk, thanks to my Dad, the English half of me. After a few years in Australia I moved to Leeds, the trips from Scotland down to the city a few times a season didn't cut it. Love the city. Love the people, and the 12 hour round trip to Elland Road is about a 20 minute round trip. Love writing about the club, the more I write the more I feel comfortable doing it. As long as it's enjoyable I'll continue to do so, keep looking to step it up and progress as well. Leeds United is more than just a football team for me, as is it with so many others.
