Things are beginning to take shape in the boardroom after Andrea Radrizzani bought 50% of the club last week. Radrizzani himself is now officially on the board and is joined by Andre Tegner and Feng Ze Yeh as the clubs directors.

It represents the first movement since the arrival of Andrea Radrizzani and it comes as two have resigned as directors of the club. Cellino’s son, Edoardo Cellino and Giampaolo Camboni have left the board and it leaves Daniel Arty and Niccolo Baratierri along with Cellino making up the six man board.

Baratierri joined last year having previously been part of GFH and it seemed to trigger the deal that saw Massimo Cellino buy out the unpopular Gulf Finance House to own the dull 100% of the club. Things are on the move now and we may see more arrivals off the pitch in the coming months.

About Author

Born in Gibraltar, raised in Scotland from a very young age. Been a huge fan of Leeds United since I could walk and talk, thanks to my Dad, the English half of me. After a few years in Australia I moved to Leeds, the trips from Scotland down to the city a few times a season didn't cut it. Love the city. Love the people, and the 12 hour round trip to Elland Road is about a 20 minute round trip. Love writing about the club, the more I write the more I feel comfortable doing it. As long as it's enjoyable I'll continue to do so, keep looking to step it up and progress as well. Leeds United is more than just a football team for me, as is it with so many others.
