As far back as early September, Dutch youngster Crysencio Summerville had been tipped to be a Leeds United player. The tipping is over and the Whites have wrapped up a deal for the talented teen.

The young winger, who is a product of the Feyenoord youth system, spent last season out on loan at ADO Den Haag where he gained valuable, first-team experience. He featured in 22 games for the Dutch side last season, scoring 2 goals and creating 3 assists.
Clips of him in action (tweet – below) show the range of skill and the untapped potential that he has at his disposal. It is potential and promise enough to have the Whites shell out a reported seven-figure fee for the Netherlands youth international. It is also potential and promise enough to see him rewarded with a three-year deal at Elland Road.
A little insight
The above graphic, courtesy of Smarterscout, shows his game actions for ADO Den Haag in last season’s Eredivisie competition where he made 21 appearances, gaining 1,488 minutes of time on the pitch. In this time, the talented teen flyer scored two goals and created 3 assists.
The graphic clearly shows his focus as a right-sided winger who drifts infield when he gets into the opposition half. What it also shows is that a high proportion of his passes are of a short length (blue blocks) with comparatively few being long (yellow blocks) or medium (green blocks) passes.
What the graphic also shows is that he isn’t afraid to loose off a shot at goal (white blocks), these being primarily clustered around the right-hand side of the penalty area.
