Thinking of coming along to the home game against Reading at Elland Road? You’ll have to be quick because that game will be sold out by the weekend by the looks of things, the club publishing a statement today saying that there is less than 1k tickets remaining.
The home games have been selling out fast and every away game has sold out very quickly and it seems there will be no letting up in either. In fact the Reading game looks like it will sell-out quicker than any other and it will mean that every Saturday game at Elland Road will have been a home sell-out this season. The recent defeats aren’t great but fans who have been attending home games this season haven’t seen any defeats, only two goals conceded in the league and plenty of home goals to celebrate.
The young fans are returning to Elland Road which is also encouraging for the football club who are doing their upmost to bring the fans, club and city all back together. Andrea Radrizzani has made no secret of his desire to grow the club on so many different fronts and home sell-outs every week are key to that. The performances on the pitch go a long way to that and we currently sit 5th in the league table, much higher than where we were last season at this stage.
