In short, it’s been a satisfying window for Leeds United so far. Much better than previous ones. We’ve bought Spain’s no.9 in Rodrigo Moreno. We saved around £12m getting a German international over Ben White. There are still rumours bubbling that more could be on the way.
Leeds United taking time to decide whether or not they'll add a defender. Josko Gvardiol and, the YEP understands, Swansea's Ben Cabango among those Victor Orta listed this summer.

One name that keeps popping up and refusing to go away is Udinese midfielder Rodrigo de Paul. De Paul is a bundle of energy who gets everywhere on the field and would suit BieslaBall™ to a T. Since that news broke, F5 has been hit more times than the Esc key to close a video that might not impress your mother should she be stood looking over your shoulder for whatever reason.
His name will keep circulating as Leeds United fans clamour for information and assurance as to whether Udinese’s Argentinian will become Leeds United new record signing, his supposed fee adding around £5m to that paid for Rodrigo Moreno.
Defenders are also mentioned with 18-year-old Croatian Josko Gvardiol up there at around €20/£17.7m. That’s a heck of an amount to be considered for a player who, appearance-wise is pretty raw. Swansea’s Cabango is a new name in the mix.
Whatever way that you are looking at it, it’s definitely been, and continues to be, an exciting transfer window.
Oh, and when you’ve watched said videos and there’s a surprise hot cup of tea on the drawers behind you – that’s when you need to worry about the Esc key…apparently.
